Dellene Carol (Ogsbury) Rowlison

Duanesburg – Dellene Carol Ogsbury Rowlison, age 81, passed away on Saturday, March 31st, 2018 at the St. Johnsville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.

Born in Altamont, NY on November 9th, 1936, Dellene was the daughter of the late Clarence and Hilda (Settle) Ogsbury.

A lifelong area resident, Dellene worked for 12 years at Campbell Plastics in Rotterdam.

Dellene was an avid gardener, loving to tend to her flowers and her lawn. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. In her earlier years Dellene was a local Avon saleswoman.

Dellene was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses in Duanesburg.

Besides her parents, Dellene was predeceased by her siblings, Richard Ogsbury and Dolores Lott.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her children, Dixie Rowlison Almy Wickham (Dennis) and Daniel Rowlison (Michele), her grandchildren, James (Juanita) and Jack Almy and Nicholas and Jonathan Rowlison, her siblings, Arthur Ogsbury (Mae), Diane Glogner and Donna Guyotte as well as many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday afternoon at 1pm at White-VanBuren Funeral Home, 1779 Main St. in Delanson.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Delanson Volunteer Fire Department, 1797 Main St., Delanson, NY 12053 or to the Duanesburg Ambulance Corps, 130 Cole Rd., Delanson, NY 12053.
