Jacqueline "Jacki" (Delligan) Olejnik

Jacqueline “Jacki” Olejnik (Delligan), 60, passed away peacefully at home with her husband by her side on Thursday, February 27, 2020. Jacki was the first child of Anthony and Mary (McCullough) Delligan born in Albany, NY. 

She married the love of her life, Joseph Olejnik, on December 8, 2008.  Together they loved to spend time with family and win big at the Casino.   Jacki was a strong, caring and supportive mother to her two sons, George (Jessica) Odom, Jr. and Greg (Heather) Odom.  She has one grandson, Riley Odom, whom she enjoyed watching grow up into an intelligent and kind young man, and whom she loved with all her heart.  She was very excited to “finally get her girl”, her granddaughter Evelyn Odom in 2018. 

The matriarch of her family, she leaves behind two younger brothers, Bill (Stacy) Delligan and Tony Delligan, and two younger sisters, Patty Lilienthal (Delligan) and Tina (Wally) Koons (Delligan), as well as nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Jacki was predeceased by her parents and her niece, Ashley Sammons and her nephew, William "Willie" Hauser

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours for Jacki on Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. at White-Van Buren Funeral Home, 1779 Main Street, Delanson, NY 12056.  A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at 6 p.m.
